payment, booking and cancellation
BOOKING POLICY: Upon booking with Photos by Kay, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to HOLD your date and time. Appointments made without a deposit are not guaranteed to be held. Your session deposit fee can be made in the form of cash, debit/credit card, Cash App, PayPal or Venmo.
PAYMENT POLICY: Sessions must be paid in full before shooting, immediately upon arrival via cash, Cash app, Venmo, PayPal or debit/credit card. Checks are not accepted.

LATE FEE: In the event that the client arrives up to 15 mins late for the scheduled session, a $15 late fee will be added to the session.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and reschedules are no charge provided they are done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot date/time. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, a cancellation/reschedule fee of $25 will be owed, Photos by Kay reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations and will no longer allow you to book a session. If you no call/no show (you do not show for your appointment and you do not notify me that you will not be able to make it) you will owe the total amount for the service you booked, plus a $50 fee on top of that. I respect your time please respect mine, it takes effort and time to prepare for a shoot.
